Care Compliance EHR is an electronic health record and compliance platform shaped by more than 30 years of combined hands-on residential-care experience. It connects client profiles, assessments, service plans, daily notes, medication documentation, incidents, staffing, forms, and exports in guided workflows. Designed for small providers and larger organizations alike, it helps teams spend less time on scattered paperwork and more time supporting the people they serve.
We serve adults over the age of 18 with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting. We provide evaluation, education and habitation. Primary services currently provided are DD Group Home. We may expand services in other areas if there is a need in the community.
Cione McQueen Residences
provides a variety of experiences for our individuals with a developmental disability tailored to their interests and goals. Individuals work, attend Day Support programs or volunteer throughout the week in either Charlottesville, Ruckersville, or Stanardsville. We plan yearly vacations based on their interests. Recent vacation included, Disney, Ocean City, MD, Myrtle Beach, SC and New York.
Our home is licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) and we adhere to all Human Rights regulations. We are committed to providing a Person Centered approach to enrich each and every individuals. The primary funding source for this service is the Medicaid Community Living Waiver.
